You can return (exchange) the goods ordered in our online store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, if this product does not fall into the list of goods of good quality that cannot be exchanged ( return) according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172.

Mandatory conditions for the return or exchange of goods:
1. The goods must be fully equipped
2. Original and undamaged packaging and labels
3. Compliance with presentation (no signs of operation and socks)

Return via New Mail
1. Goods can be returned by New mail within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

3. Shipping is carried out by the buyer.
4. After sending the goods, it is necessary by phone +38 (063) 201-10-11 to inform the manager of the declaration number.
5. After returning the goods, provided that its consumer properties and presentation are preserved, a refund is made within 14 days after dispatch.

* In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, the store incurs shipping costs. For this, it is necessary to provide a check for the shipment of goods.
* If the goods sent are not refundable, the store is forced to send it back at the buyer's expense.
* Refunds, in case of sending goods through New mail, are carried out to the buyer's bank account.
