Як визначити
1 Для початку потрібно зняти мірки. Вам знадобиться звичайний, м’який, швейний сантиметр. Виміряйте обхват грудей і стегон у найбільш виступаючому місці, а талію - у найменш. Не стягуйте сильно сантиметр. Запишіть результати. Заміри краще проводити у повсякденному одязі, який ви будете носити під цим виробом, наприклад, у светрі та джинсах. Також можна виміряти довжину рукава від краю плеча до зап’ястка.
2 Груди - міряти на футболку, без додавання припусків, провівши сантиметр під пахвами навколо грудей вище сосків по самим виступаючим точкам і за лопатками. НОГ - напів обхват грудей.
3  Талія - міряти в районі пупка. НОТ - напів обхват талії.
4  Стегна - навколо сідниць по самим виступаючим точкам. НОС - напів обхват стегон.
